Can I bring files from my instrument?
See the exact tested fixtures. Generic CSV/Excel and selected Gen5, QuantStudio, CFX Maestro and SoftMax Pro formats have targeted checks. Unrecognized formats can fail.
Does DishFlow identify microbes or antibiotics?
No. Image-based detections and growth coverage are research-review aids; an overlay is not an organism ID, clinical diagnosis or susceptibility interpretation.
How do I improve a bad plate count?
Inspect the overlay and image quality warnings, correct the human-reviewed marks, and keep the original instrument/photo record separately.
Can I leave with my work?
Download individual analyses and plate exports, or use account data export. Important originals should remain in your lab records.
